*A note on all classes*

We are a true athlete and fighter’s gym. We have professional athletes and fighters as well as people just here to workout and do something fun all working out alongside each other. Each fighter we have has began in our classes and then progressed to competition.

Adults
(14 years of age or older)

Boxing 
All Skill Levels

In our Boxing Group training, we work on practical technique at the same time we get in a hard workout. In our group training we have fighters but also people just looking for a workout and to learn. These classes are open to all levels.
Sparring is optional for all levels.

Equipment and apparel: wear loose, comfortable clothing that allows for free arm and leg movement; boxing shoes or bare feet only; hand wraps and 16oz gloves required – consult instructor prior to class to ensure proper equipment, also available for purchase as FFC.

Strength & Conditioning
All Skill Levels

Taught by a Certified Specialist in Strength and Conditioning, we teach you to move like an athlete, not a body builder.
Improved body composition, increased strength, improved cardiovascular performance are just a few benefits of this class.

Advanced Boxing technique/ Conditioning to get into Fight Shape.

Advanced Muay Thai

Advanced striking techniques of Kickboxing and Muay Thai/ Conditioning to get into Fight Shape. You don’t have to be a fighter but we don’t work on beginner technique.
