Pricing

All tuition will be paid month to month on the same day of the month that you signed up. All payments must be setup via automatic bank withdrawal. Please notify us that you are taking time off and you won‘t be charged BEFORE your tuition due date. Additional discounts are available if you pay 6 months, 9 months or 1 year in full. Please ask Coach Ali Tareh for more information. Please note all tuition is non-refundable.

We are a true athlete and fighter’s gym. We have professional athletes and fighters as well as people just here to workout and do something fun all working out alongside each other. Each fighter we have has began in our classes and then progressed to competition.

Adults
(14 years of age or older)

Boxing
All Skill Levels

In our Boxing Group training, we work on practical technique at the same time we get in a hard workout. In our group training we have fighters but also people just looking for a workout and to learn. These classes are open to all levels.
Sparring is optional for all levels.

Equipment and apparel: wear loose, comfortable clothing that allows for free arm and leg movement; boxing shoes or bare feet only; hand wraps and 16oz gloves required – consult instructor prior to class to ensure proper equipment, also available for purchase as FFC.

Fighter Training

Strength & Conditioning
All Skill Levels

Taught by a Certified Specialist in Strength and Conditioning, we use Olympic lifts and sport specific conditioning to prepare your body and keep it injury free for combat sports.
Improved body composition, increased strength, improved cardiovascular performance are just a few benefits of this class.

Kickboxing & Muay Thai
All Skill Levels

We work on the practical striking techniques of Kickboxing and Muay Thai. In our group training we have fighters but also people just looking for a workout and to learn. These classes are open to all levels. Sparring is optional for all levels.

Kids MMA
(10 years to 14 years of age)

Boxing and kickboxing. We teach the practical technique and how to compete as well as the basics of working out. Kids can be led to competition or just come to learn for confidence and self defense.
