In our Boxing Group training, we work on practical technique at the same time we get in a hard workout. In our group training we have fighters but also people just looking for a workout and to learn. These classes are open to all levels.
Sparring is optional for all levels.
Equipment and apparel: wear loose, comfortable clothing that allows for free arm and leg movement; boxing shoes or bare feet only; hand wraps and 16oz gloves required – consult instructor prior to class to ensure proper equipment, also available for purchase as FFC.

Boxing and kickboxing. We teach the practical technique and how to compete as well as the basics of working out and learning to become an athlete. Kids can be led to competition or just come to learn for confidence and self defense.
