Pricing

All tuition will be paid month to month on the same day of the month that you signed up. Allpayments must be setup via automatic bank withdrawal. In the event of a late payment due toinsufficient funds, you will be charged a late fee of $2 per day that your payment is late. If you notify us that you are taking time off, you won‘t be charged a late fee and won‘t pay a registration fee again once you return. You will get additional discounts if you pay 6 months, 9 months or 1 year in full. Please ask Coach Ali Tareh for more information.

Boxing
All Skill Levels
Boxing combines strength, speed, flexibility and agility useful for sparring, self-defense or simply improving one’s physical apperance and ability. The class will include interval training, weight training, running, jump-roping, shadow-boxing and heavy bags, covering both defensive and offensive techniques. An excellent aerobic and cardio workout that we guarantee will have you hooked!

Equipment and apparel: wear loose, comfortable clothing that allows for free arm and leg movement; flat hill shoes or bare feet only; hand wraps and gloves required – consult instructor prior to class to ensure proper equipment, also available for purchase as FFC.

Fighter Training
All Skill Levels
Group course conducted by Ali Tareh. Individually focused training that begins with an evaluation of each athlete’s current skill level. An identification, and polishing, of existing techniques, as well as instruction in new fighting techniques tailored to each athlete’s style and strengths. Ali’s training focuses on accuracy rather than brute force. There will also be emphasis on sportsmanship and psychological development. “Come to me, we’ll do it right. Fitness & Conditioning
All Skill Levels
A friendly and fun group class to motivate and challenge you, this course will be beneficial for any athlete – fighters, dancers, team players – and anyone interested in getting, and staying, in shape. A mixture of cardio and body-weight training to strengthen and define without adding bulk with a focus on one’s core, posture, balance and strength that will engage all of the body’s muscles. High-energy and fast-paced but easy to follow.

Equipment and apparel: wear loose, comfortable clothing that allows for free arm and leg movement; bring a towel.

Kickboxing & Boxing for Fitness
All Skill Levels
A group workout that will get you in optimal physical shape through interval training, weight training, jump-roping, shadow-boxing and shadow-kickboxing and work with heavy bags. This class will include instruction in offensive and defensive techniques while focusing on conditioning and cardio.

Kickboxing
All Skill Levels
A unique class that can provide increased stamina, flexibility and strength to persons at any skill level. A high-energy, calorie-burning workout that includes instruction on all strikes and body movements used in kickboxing, with a target on arms, shoulders, abs, thighs and glutes. Excellent for exercise value, self-defense and a great way to release stress!

Little Warriors or Little Ninjas Programs
(6 years to 14 years of age)

Boxing, kickboxing and fitness
All Skill Levels
These group classes based on age will include instruction in boxing and kickboxing and some fitness. Class members will get the opportunity to work with pads, hanging bags, stand-up bags and speed bags. It is Ali’s belief that children should be exposed to multiple activities in order to best determine where the child’s abilities and interests lie, and where to place the most focus. The course also instills a sense of discipline and respect that will be useful outside of the gym.
